1. Our service

SOUQAIR provides online classified advertising, search, messaging and information tools for vehicles in the UAE. We are not a party to any sale between users and do not transfer vehicle ownership.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password secure and not share your account. You must be legally able to enter contracts in the UAE.

3. Listings

You may only advertise a vehicle you own or are authorised to advertise. Listings must be accurate, use your own photos and disclose known defects, accident/repair information and finance status. You must follow our listing rules.

4. Evidence labels and estimates

Evidence labels describe only the check stated. Cost, EV and match tools give estimates, not quotes, valuations or guarantees.

5. Expressions of interest

This is a non-binding expression of interest, not a completed sale or ownership transfer. Final terms must be agreed by buyer and seller and completed through the applicable official process.

6. Fees

Private listings are currently free. Dealer plans and featured placements are charged as shown before purchase, renew monthly until cancelled, and are invoiced. Featuring does not guarantee enquiries or a sale.

7. Moderation

We may label, restrict, pause or remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, and we may report suspected crime to the authorities where required. You can appeal decisions from your account.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, SOUQAIR is not responsible for the condition, legality or title of vehicles or for transactions between users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
