Listing & community rules
These rules keep SOUQAIR safe. Breaking them can lead to removal of content, account suspension and, where required, a report to the authorities.
Not allowed
- Stolen, cloned, unlawfully possessed or fraudulently represented vehicles; altered VIN/chassis details; forged registration or inspection documents.
- Advertising a vehicle you are not authorised to sell; impersonating an owner, dealer, authority or inspection provider.
- Fake mileage, doctored or stock photos, false ownership claims, undisclosed material defects, bait pricing or misleading availability.
- Requests for deposits before viewing, "release fees", OTPs, passwords, gift cards or crypto; suspicious links; attempts to bypass the official transfer process.
- Prohibited goods or services, threats, harassment and misleading use of government logos or affiliations.
- Unsubstantiated claims such as "accident-free", "RTA approved", "fully certified" or "guaranteed"; fake reviews, fake urgency or fake bids.
How we moderate
Automated checks look for missing information, unusual prices or mileage, duplicate photos and scam wording. Our team reviews flagged listings and reports, records a reason for each decision and offers an appeal.
