What we collect

Account details (name, email, optional phone and emirate); listings, photos and evidence you upload; messages, viewing requests and expressions of interest; reports and complaints; invoices for paying dealers; and technical data such as IP address and session information for security.

Why we use it

To run the marketplace, keep users safe, prevent fraud, handle complaints, bill dealers and meet legal obligations. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time. Smart match preferences are stored only if you ask us to remember them.

What we never publish

Your phone number, email, home address, Emirates ID, registration card, full VIN/chassis number or uploaded evidence documents. Photo location data is removed automatically.

Sharing

With service providers who host and secure the platform under contract, with a licensed payment provider for dealer billing, and with authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and any legal retention period, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can download your data from Account settings and request correction or deletion through the complaints page. Make a privacy request
